“Top Notch”
It is with great pleasure that I have the opportunity to inform you of an outstanding professional service adviser you currently have in your employ. My daughter is attending college in the Santa Barbara area and periodically makes the commute from your area to our home in the northern California Bay area. She recently called me to let me be aware that her 2002 Jaguar was experiencing a higher than usual engine temperature. I recommended she take the vehicle into your service department to have it evaluated. It was definitely our luck to be serviced by Jee Thao for he coordinated a full evaluation and noted several items that needed attention. I was pleased with his assessment and approved correction for all items however concurrently informed him that my daughter had prearranged airline travel plans and an extended repair could create complications of staying on schedule. Being the skilled customer service specialist he is, he immediately took action, ordered parts and kept me informed of the progress. The vehicle required brakes all around, a tensioner and replacement serp belt. In no time, the vehicle was back in safe condition, ready for the northern California commute. I am grateful to Mr. Thao for his expertise and kind consideration on how he handled our repair needs. He is to be commended for his top-notch customer based manner for this is the characteristic which attracts repeat patronage and positive word of mouth comments to other potential customers. Please inform him about a job well done and another very satisfied Jaguar owner.

Service Department is outstanding
I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. The service department is outstanding and the staff are genuinely interested in 100% customer satisfaction. The technician who worked on my car (Meredith Schmidt) did an outstanding job. The Service Manager is responsive and quality oriented, he really went the extra mile for me and I appreciate that level of service. Job done on time, on budget and car spotless when picked up, it doesn’t get better than this.

“Very Helpful”
Chuck was wonderful to work with. My wife was replacing a car after totaling her Audi in a crash and he was very sensitive to her needs. It was a big deal for her to test drive a new car and he was extremely caring and understanding. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and I enjoyed talking to him about cars in general. When it came time to purchase, he was very helpful and patient in the decision about financing and working with some scheduling issues, since we live in Ojai and had to find time to get back to Santa Barbara. I would definitely work with Chuck again and recommend him to others.

“Wonderful Experience”
My experience was great as it always has been from the moment I arrive till I departed. The technician performed and inspection after perform the recall work and gave a detailed explanation of anything he found. I did not feel I was being pressure to simply just spend money but felt it was done in a manner for the care of my vehicle. Also, it was the cleanest garage I have ever seen. Wonderful experience. The only thing I would recommend is you give away one of those new Porsche’s with each visit LOL. Thank you for everything.

I am taking the time to write you to tell you that Tiffany Lowery is great asset to your organization. I have been coming to this location for service for over a decade, have experienced various service advisors, and have also taken my car to other BMW auto repair shops, and with the way Tiffany treated me and handled my recent service, I will gladly come back again. My car was in your shop for over three weeks, more work was done to it than anyone expected, and she made a potentially miserable experience into a positive one by being clam, understanding, honest and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain to me all of the details, gave me regular updates, provided me with a loaner car, helped me utilize the discounts I have received in the mailed, and really made me feel taken care of instead of taken advantage of – I felt like she was working with me instead against me. I really appreciate the way Tiffany has taken care me and thought you should know.

I am an old and devoted customer of Santa Barbara Auto Group. All my three cars were purchased there. The cars were/are serviced routinely there long even before it became Santa Barbara Auto Group. Our service manager is Bill Caplinger. I am writing now to express my deep appreciation for Bill. His attention to our needs and the ease with which he solves our car-related problems have been legendary. The latest incident is what prompted me to write to you now. I have been hearing clicking noises in our Mercedes G-500 wagon since we bought it more than 8 years ago now. People, including my wife, thought that I was hallucinating. Bill believed me and acted and solved the problem. The back door was not hung properly and needed some tightening. Now, I can enjoy riding in that wagon instead of refusing to do so. This is just a note of appreciation of Bill’s service and high standards. He is a real feather in your organization’s cap.

“Vehicle Knowledge”
I just wanted to thank you and Tom Siegel for my very pleasant leasing experience from Santa Barbara Porsche. I started my search for a new car in mid-December and over the past 10 weeks have accumulated more than 100 e-mails from different Porsche and Lotus dealers from San Diego to Washington state to New Mexico. I live in Pasadena by the way. In the end, I decided to lease the black 2011 Boxster S from Tom because of his customer service, extensive brand and vehicle knowledge, and most of all, his transparency. To be honest, I had trust issues with a many of dealers because of their lack of information which is usually limited to monthly payment, term, and drive off. I had no such issues with Tom because right from the beginning, he provided detail information of the lease break down. So, I wanted to thank you both. And, I’ll see you in two year when the Boxster S lease is over! Or, next April when my wife’s A4 lease is over.
