My 2017 Jaguar R-Sport/ 35 T conked out in the middle of nowhere on 101N, approximately 270 miles away from Walnut Creek. The car only has 6600 miles, and is under warranty. Had to have the car towed to Santa Barbara dealership. Since it was a Sunday, service was closed. Mike Lepere engaged and offered to drive us to a rental. He also mentioned that we will receive a call the next day to notify us on the condition of the vehicle. Jee Thao, the SB Service Adviser called me the next day, promptly and gave us some timelines on when the work will be completed, and will have the car shipped back to WC. Back in WC, i reach out to Cole European Walnut Creek for a loaner - no response from the sales people...manager says you have to go back to SB to get a loaner since we are not working on your car.......ridiculous. Plus he says we don't have vehicles till mid Sept....maybe they "Cole European" should take lessons in customer service from SB Auto Group.

Went to go fix my car today. turns out BMW Auto Group is very affordable especially with my E92 coupe. Love Santa Barbara Auto Group for fixing an issue BMW would only know. Oil change, spark plug replacement, engine coil replacement, and recall items all very affordable. Their service and honesty makes me a happy owner of my 2007 328i BMW coupe. I was looking for a specific 'Car', a 2018 Jaguar XF SportBrake (Wagon) Nationwide since they have become pretty rare, there are really no 2019's in the country, and Santa Barbara had the exact one I wanted, every available option. They had the only 2 I have seen with every available option. I decided to go with the CPO one since it had the extended Certified warranty, in addition to factory warranty of course, and only had 375 miles on it. They even let me extend the CPO warranty by 1 years so now I'm covered for 6.5 years. The price was already such a great deal, much lower than any others I found and this one had more options, I didn't even try to negotiate and I usually like to try and negotiate on everything. Dealing with Don Lowry was such a pleasure, I'm in Denver so had to buy this without seeing it in person, he sent me many pictures and videos in addition to the many online pictures I could already see from the ad. He stayed in touch constantly either by phone or text, even on his days off during the week. without me asking he made the sure was loaded carefully by the car hauler when they arrived on a Saturday, his busiest day of the week, but still made sure mine was taken care of. I was able to make the deal quickly once I decided to buy and process was very easy. It was only about a week and half from the time I decided to buy until the Jag was in my garage.
